Credits

The chapter list was constructed by surveying publicly available version-control teaching materials from major data-science and biostatistics courses, including Jenny Bryan’s Happy Git and GitHub for the useR, the Software Carpentry version-control lessons, and university course modules at Cornell (INFO 5940), Carnegie Mellon (Statistical Computing), and American University (DATA 413/613), and adopting the topics common to the majority of them.
